How to use:

  1. Tap any location on the map to report debris or erosion
  2. Use Mark Area to outline a debris field or erosion zone as a polygon
  3. Use Draw Line to trace an affected waterway, road, or drainage path
  4. Select the debris type, severity, estimated volume, and equipment needed
  5. Add photos and submit — works offline too
